Project Objectives
Alpha FMC engaged us us to re-engineer their existing singular web presence into a Multi Site, enterprise level CMS driven architecture during the latter half of 2023.
The requirements were to use existing design elements, re-factoring and separating their singular website into multiple sites representing different divisions within the wider organisation, while retaining the ability to easily manage the web estate.

Project Outcomes
A fully operational Wordpress multi-site instance was created for Alpha, with a wide number of new templates to cater for their growing business boutiques, and the informational needs of each aspect of the corporation.
As well as building out a scalable platform for the web estate going forward, we were able to tackle a number of layout challenges, build new navigation, address performance issues, and provide an excellent platform for SEO improvements moving forward.
